Line strength for each size using mono-filament is:

• 1/2" size from 1-8lb test

• 3/4" size from 8-16lb test

• 1"    size from 14-30lb test

• 1-1/2" size from 30-50lb test

If preferred line of choice is, high-tech line e.g. spider-wire go down to (1 ) lower size.
